Hey fellow adventurers! We’re talking about fashion again! Living so close to Mexico, I’m not unfamiliar with Mexican fashion. It’s very colorful, fun and full of gorgeous designs. I love it! However, like India, how one dresses in Mexico depends on what part of Mexico they’re from. People from reclusive villages tend to dress in more traditional wear while those that live in bigger cities, tend to wear modern western style clothing.
Although mainly worn for celebrations and festivals rather than every day, here are some of the fashion styles that remain popular today:
Huipil
A huipil is an embroidered loose fitting, colorful blouse.
Quechquemitl
A quechquemitl is a garment similar to a poncho that is worn over the shoulders.
Rebozo
A rebozo is a scarf-like garment usually folded or wrapped around the head and/or upper body.
Puebla Dress
A puebla dress is a traditional style Mexican dress.
Sombrero
A sombrero is a broad-brimmed felt or straw hat.
Charro suit
A charro suit is a heavily embroidered jacket, tightly cut trousers and a sombrero.

Im privaten Bereich kommen Bewegungsmelder überwiegend als Lichtschalter zum
Einsatz. So musst du nicht von Mal zu Mal selbst das Licht regulieren, wenn du deine Einfahrt hochfährst, den Eingangsbereich deines Hauses betrittst
oder die dunkle Kellertreppe heruntersteigst. So musst du nicht selbst
schwanger gehen mit und sparst auch noch Stromkosten, weil das Licht
nur dann brennt, wenn du es wirklich brauchst. Überall dort,
wo du nur vorbeigehst und dich eine Zeit lang aufhältst, bieten sich Infrarot-Bewegungsmelder an, ums Licht automatisch ein- und auszuschalten. Lichtschalter, die die
Beleuchtung automatisch steuern, sind summa summarum mit einem Dämmerungsschalter ausgestattet.
Dieser sorgt dafür, dass der Bewegungsmelder das Licht nur
im Dunkeln einschaltet. Bei welcher Umgebungshelligkeit genau,
kannst du selbst festlegen. Dasselbe gilt für die Einschaltdauer und
den Umgebungsbereich, den der Melder erfassen soll. Was die Bewegungsmelder
leisten, ist von Hersteller zu Hersteller verschieden. Standardmodelle haben im Großen und Ganzen eine Reichweite von zwölf Metern (m) und einen Erfassungswinkel von 180 Grad.
Leistungsfähigere Modelle arbeiten mit einem Radius von 360 Grad und können damit eine Fläche von bis
zu 230 Quadratmeter (m²) abdecken. Für den normalen Hausgebrauch reichen 180-Grad-Bewegungsmelder aus.
360-Grad-Bewegunsgmelder, die an der Decke angebracht werden, sind eine Glücksgriff,
wenn du Gesamteindruck Grundstück überwachen willst, sagen wir mal
um potenzielle Eindringlinge abzuschrecken. Tipp: Hervortreten Bewegungsmelder, die
direkt eine LED-Beleuchtung integriert haben. Dann wiederum kannst
du einzelne Bewegungsmelder auch mit mehreren Lichtquellen verbinden. Achte darauf, nur Leuchtmittel
anzuschließen, die den Anschlusswert des Melders limitiert sein.
