I’ll display some of the most famous works held in Vatican City below and the name of the artist. I won’t go into detail though. Wie erkennt man eine Nordmanntanne? Eine echte Nordmanntanne lässt sich an ihrem charakteristischen, symmetrischen Wuchs und den sattgrünen, gleichmäßig angeordneten Nadeln erkennen. Im Freien wird
sie bis zu 60 Meter hoch und kann ein stattliches Alter von so weit wie
500 Jahren erreichen. Die Nordmanntanne ist eine immergrüne Pflanze, die
geradlinig wächst und bereits im jungen Alter einen pyramidalen Habitus
ausbildet. Sie sind verhältnismäßig weich und pieken kaum.
Die Nadeln sind 1 bis 3 Centimeter lang und 2 bis 3 Millimeter breit.
Auf der Oberseite sind sie dunkelgrün und leicht glänzend.
Den Glanz verdanken sie einer dünnen Wachsschicht,
die sie vor einer zu starken Sonneneinstrahlung
schützt.
